Built in steel cabinets with compact dimensions, the converters manufactured by SERVTHERM represent the state of the art technology used in this type of equipment, being able to supply up to 5000kW of active power according to the converter-furnace-productivity combination required and/or requested by the client.

It is the basic power source manufactured by SERVTHERM and supplies DURALUM, DURASHIELD or STEELTHERM induction furnaces. In its most complete configuration, it can be connected to up to 3 ovens, with power being applied to one oven at a time. Our POWERTHERM frequency converters represent the state of the art in frequency converter technology, offering the foundry an efficient, economical and highly reliable tool for producing their castings.
It is the most advanced power source manufactured by SERVTHERM and powers DURALUM, DURASHIELD or STEELTHERM induction furnaces. In its most complete configuration, it can be connected to up to three ovens, with power being applied to two ovens simultaneously. The total available power is divided between the furnaces that are in operation.
Compared to POWERTHERM, DUALTHERM brings greater productive efficiency to the foundry, as it allows one of the furnaces to maintain the metal melting, while the other is in a non-productive process, such as changing refractory or undergoing some repair. DUALTHERM reduces downtime by making power available at all times for melting.
